1. Booking & Payment
Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a valid deposit. All payments are securely processed through OnePay.
2. Check-In / Check-Out
Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior arrangement.
3. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to respect the property and other guests. Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged to the guest’s account.
4. Liability
Colonial Residence is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay.
